Our founding-partner Flavia Mansur Murad had the honour of giving a lecture to colleagues at APRAM – Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles, an international association focused on Industrial and Intellectual Property.

Flavia approached the main aspects of Brazil’s adhesion to the Madrid Protocol, including the particularities of the Brazilian trademark system, statistics on international trademark deposits in our country, before and after Protocol practical examples of and main reasons for refusal.
