International trademark prosecution and Fashion Law
Ana Luisa brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to the field of international trademarks, where technical knowledge and client-focused communication go hand in hand. With a Law degree from Mackenzie Presbiterian University of São Paulo and a postgraduate specialization in Intellectual Property and Innovation Law from FGV-SP, she has deepened her understanding of IP across global landscapes.
Her strength lies in simplifying complex legal procedures, tailoring solutions to each client’s needs, and being consistently available and clear in her guidance. As a leader in the International Trademarks Department, she has helped streamline internal operations, strengthen global partnerships, and drive meaningful improvements in workflow and client satisfaction.
Ana views teaching as a two-way exchange where sharing knowledge is also a way to grow. That mindset fuels her work with clients and colleagues alike, turning each challenge into an opportunity for shared learning. Her motivation comes from helping individuals and businesses protect their intangible assets with care, precision, and strategic adaptability.
Outside of work, Ana is known for her authenticity, empathy, and ability to foster genuine relationships. Time with loved ones and the sense of making a difference through meaningful, purposeful work are at the heart of what keeps her inspired.
