With strong experience in civil and consumer litigation management, Gláucia Carvalho Barbosa brings together strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to structure and optimize high-volume legal operations. She holds a Law degree from Centro Universitário FIEO, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and further specialization in Real Estate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). 

Her work is defined by clear communication, efficiency, and a proactive mindset focused on risk mitigation and legal predictability. Gláucia excels in managing teams, structuring workflows, and aligning legal strategies with business goals delivering organized, tailored solutions even in high-demand contexts. 

With a strong affinity for technology and innovation, she enjoys working with systems, strategic reporting, and automation tools that enhance efficiency and clarity in legal processes. She fosters a collaborative environment, where knowledge is shared in a practical, accessible way across teams and clients. 

Outside of work, Gláucia leads a lively personal life as a mother of twins one boy and one girl who keep her on her toes with joy, energy, and unforgettable moments. A fan of the beach, sunshine, and disconnection time, she carries that balance into everything she does, including her professional approach.
