With over two decades of experience in the legal field, Débora Araújo Lopes is a respected professional known for her competence, active listening, and strategic vision in the area of Intellectual Property. She holds a law degree from the Catholic Law School of Santos (UNISANTOS), and postgraduate degrees in Business Law from the same institution and in Intellectual Property with a focus on Entertainment and Media Law from ESA.
Débora has built a solid career leading her own IP firm, where she successfully managed a portfolio of over 500 cases. She is also strongly committed to education, having trained more than 100 students in trademark registration, always aiming to share practical and technical knowledge in an accessible way.
Her leadership is marked by innovation, responsibility, and sharp market insight. She has served as Chair of the Intellectual Property Commission at the Santos chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) since 2017 and is the creator of the Anti-Piracy Seminar, an initiative recognized by the Ministry of Justice, which has cemented her status as a national reference in the defense of intangible assets.
