Trademark and Patent Prosecution
Guilherme Sousa Lopes holds a degree in International Relations from UNIFESP and has a solid academic background with specialized courses in Intellectual Property. Among the courses he has completed are the “Basic Course on Trademarks” from ABAPI (2021), the “General Course in IP Management” from the WIPO Academy (2022), and the “Madrid Protocol – Challenges and Opportunities” (2024), as well as other programs focused on trademark and patent management.
Fluent in English and with intermediate knowledge of French, Spanish, and Italian, Guilherme stands out for his personal attention to each task and the quick delivery of results. He is recognized for his ability to handle the complexities of trademark law and for integrating diverse areas of knowledge, combining technical expertise with a strategic view of the market. His experience in the international field, particularly in the financial growth of the area and in creating the necessary structures to handle increasing volume, is one of his major achievements.
Passionate about the economic aspects of Intellectual Property, Guilherme values the relationship between commerce and capital, particularly in the context of valuation and cultural production. Outside of work, he is an enthusiast of cooking, culture, and all things related to human production, which serve as sources of joy and personal motivation.
